Each rug is treated as a single object with its own construction and history. Nothing is rushed through a machine line.

• Oriental and Persian Rug Cleaning

  Hand washing calibrated to the fibre, dye and weave of each rug, from silk city pieces to village wool.

• Area and Wool Rug Cleaning

  Deep, gentle cleaning for wool, cotton and synthetic area rugs, with full dusting before any water is used.

• Rug Repair and Restoration

  Structural work on worn edges, holes, splits and thin pile, matched to the original materials.

• Fringe, Binding and Reweaving

  Fringe rebuilt, selvedges re-wrapped and missing knots rewoven by hand so the finish reads as original.

• Pet Odor and Stain Removal

  Contamination flushed from the foundation rather than masked, so odor does not return as humidity rises.

• Free Pickup and Delivery

  We collect and return your rug anywhere in Manhattan, and coordinate with building staff and service elevators.
